Zoom QR Code

Your meeting. One scan to join.

Zoom QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

A Zoom QR code opens your Zoom meeting or webinar link when someone scans it with the phone camera. AriaQR makes it from your logo or a picture, so the code on the slide, the invitation or the lobby sign looks like part of your event. The code is dynamic: you can change the link after printing, scans are counted, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use a Zoom QR code

Hybrid conferences

On the room door or the stage screen, so people in the building or at the back can join the remote session from their phone.

Webinars and launch events

On the invitation, the poster or the follow-up card, linking to the registration or the join page for the webinar.

Training rooms and workshops

On the whiteboard or the handout, so remote attendees join with one scan instead of typing a long meeting address.

Clinics, schools and agencies

On an appointment card or a client welcome pack, linking to the regular meeting room you use for consultations or reviews.

How it works

How to make a Zoom QR code with your logo

  1. 1

Upload your logo or a picture

Your logo, an event image or a photo of the venue. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  2. 2

Choose Website and paste your Zoom link

Copy the join link from your Zoom invitation and paste it into the link field. Meeting and webinar links both work.

  3. 3

Check the verdict, then scan it

Every code is tested before you see it. Scan it with your phone: it should open your Zoom meeting link.

  4. 4

    Download and print

Download the full-size file. Choose small print for badges and cards down to about 1.5 cm; standard works from 4 cm and up.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Use a link that lasts

A one-off meeting link stops being useful after the event. For printed material, use a recurring meeting or room, or update where the code points.

  • Print the start time beside it

People need to know when to scan. Add the date, time and time zone in words next to the code.

  • Make it large on a screen

On a slide or a stage screen, fill a good part of the height so people at the back can scan it from their seat.

Questions

Zoom QR code questions

How does a Zoom QR code work?

The code holds your Zoom meeting or webinar link. When someone scans it, the phone offers to open the link, and Zoom takes over from there.

Can I make a QR code for a Zoom meeting with a password?

Yes, if your invitation link already includes the password, paste that full link. Otherwise attendees will be asked for the passcode when they join.

Can I use the same code for next week’s meeting?

Yes. The code is dynamic, so you can point it to a new Zoom link without reprinting anything, and scans are counted.

Can I put my logo on a Zoom QR code?

Yes, and more than a logo in the middle: AriaQR turns the whole picture into the code. Upload your logo or a photo, paste your meeting link, and you get a branded code that is tested before download.

Where can I get a plain Zoom QR code for free?

Our free Zoom QR code generator makes a standard black-and-white code at no cost. This page is for a code made from your logo or picture.
