Snapchat QR Code

Scan. Add on Snapchat.

Snapchat QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

A Snapchat QR code opens your snapchat.com/add profile link when someone scans it with the phone camera. AriaQR makes it from your logo or a picture, so the sticker, the card or the poster looks like your brand. The code is dynamic: you can change the link after printing, scans are counted, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use a Snapchat QR code

Brands and campaigns

On packaging, posters or a pop-up stand, so younger customers can add the brand’s account straight from the print.

Retail and shop windows

A QR code for Snapchat on a sticker or a till card, linking to the account where you post new arrivals and offers.

Festivals, venues and events

On a wristband card or a stage screen, so attendees can find the event’s account.

Creators and influencers

On merchandise, a business card or a stand, linking to your profile for people who meet you in person.

How it works

How to make a Snapchat QR code with your logo

  1. 1

Upload your logo or a picture

Your logo, a portrait or a brand image. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  2. 2

Choose Social and paste your profile link

Paste your snapchat.com/add link, followed by your username, into the profile link field.

  3. 3

Check the verdict, then scan it

Every code is tested before you see it. Scan it with your phone camera: it should open your Snapchat profile link.

  4. 4

    Download and print

Download the full-size file. Choose small print for stickers and cards down to about 1.5 cm; standard works from 4 cm and up.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Say what happens on scan

A line such as “Scan to add us on Snapchat” tells people what to expect and gets more of them to scan.

  • Show your username in words

Print the username under the code so people can still find you if they cannot scan right then.

  • Give it room on a sticker

On a window or a bottle, keep 4 cm or more across and leave a clear margin so it reads from a step back.

Questions

Snapchat QR code questions

How does a Snapchat QR code work?

The code holds your snapchat.com/add profile link. When someone scans it with the phone camera, the phone offers to open it.

How is this different from a Snapcode?

Snapchat’s own Snapcode is scanned from inside the Snapchat app. A code made here opens your profile link from the regular phone camera, with no app open first.

Can I change the link after printing?

Yes. The code is dynamic, so if you change your account or point to another page you can update it without reprinting, and scans are counted.

Can I put my logo on a Snapchat QR code?

Yes, and more than a logo in the middle: AriaQR turns the whole picture into the code. Upload your logo or a photo, paste your profile link, and you get a branded code that is tested before download.

Where can I get a plain Snapchat QR code for free?

Our free Snapchat QR code generator makes a standard black-and-white code at no cost. This page is for a code made from your logo or picture.
