Terms
The deal, in plain words.
Last updated September 14, 2026
AriaQR is a service of Realityrift Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Reality Rift”, “we”). By using ariaqr.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What the service is
AriaQR turns an image and a destination into a QR code, tests that the code scans, and hosts a short link that redirects scans to your destination, with analytics. Classic black-and-white codes are free; picture codes are paid, singly or on the quarter plan.
Your content
You keep every right to the images you upload and the codes made from them. You give us only the licence needed to process, store, render and deliver them to you. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. We never use your images to train models or to promote AriaQR without asking you.
What is not allowed
Do not point a code at phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, or anything that deceives the person scanning. Do not use the service to harass, to spam, or to circumvent another site’s rules. Hosted destinations are checked against Google Safe Browsing, and we pause codes that break these rules, with notice where we can reach you. Anyone can report a code from its paused page.
Buying a single code
A single picture code is a one-time purchase. Activation makes its link live and unlocks the full-resolution master. The code stays live for as long as AriaQR runs, with an editable destination and analytics, and there is nothing further to pay for it.
The quarter plan
The plan renews every three months and includes 45 activations per quarter, which do not roll over, plus the API and MCP server. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan then ends at the close of the current quarter and nothing is charged again. Codes activated on a plan keep scanning after it ends; editing, analytics and new activations pause until you renew. We email you before each renewal.
Free classic codes
Free codes are up to ten live codes per account, each live for a year from its last renewal. We remind you before the year ends; one click renews it for free. A code nobody renews pauses, and is deleted a month later. Free codes need a signed-in account.
Keeping codes live
We run the redirect service so that printed codes keep working. If we ever had to stop operating AriaQR, we would give at least ninety days’ notice by email to account holders and on the site, and we would publish a way to export your destinations. Short outages can happen; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Verification
“Verified” means that before download your code was decoded by several independent barcode readers at print-like sizes and conditions. It is a strong test, not a guarantee against every camera, print process or lighting condition. Test a physical print before a large run; if a verified code fails on a standard phone camera, see the refund policy.
API and MCP
API keys are for your own use and your own tools. Keep them secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. Rate limits apply and may change. We may suspend keys that abuse the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the content of destinations you choose or for losses caused by a code being printed without a physical test.
Trademarks
QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. AriaQR, Reality Rift and HelloAria are trademarks of Realityrift Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we update this page and the date above; material changes are announced by email to account holders.
