Facebook QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

A Facebook QR code sends people to your page, group or event with one scan, so customers can like, message or book without hunting for the name. AriaQR makes the code from your logo or a picture, so the poster or shop window sign keeps your branding, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use a Facebook QR code

Shop windows and doors

A sticker on the glass that people can scan after hours. They land on your page to see opening times, reviews and photos.

Event posters and flyers

Send people to the Facebook event for a gala, an open house or a sports fixture, with a code made from the event artwork.

Receipts, menus and packaging

A code on the bag, the bill or the box, so a happy customer can follow the page or leave a recommendation before they leave.

Clubs, schools and community groups

A code on the noticeboard or the newsletter that opens the group, so new members join without typing a long address.

How it works

How to make a Facebook QR code with your logo

  1. 1

Upload your logo or a picture

Your logo, a photo of the venue or the artwork for the event. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  2. 2

Choose Facebook and paste your link

Copy the link to your page, group or event from Facebook. Any of them works, because it is just a link.

  3. 3

Check the verdict, then scan it

Every code is tested before you see it. Scan it with your phone to confirm it opens the right page.

  4. 4

    Download and print

Download the full-size file. The standard setting suits 4 cm and up; choose small print for stickers and receipts, down to about 1.5 cm.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Name the action

Write “Scan to message us” or “Scan to see the event” beside the code. Different words suit different pages.

  • Place it at hand height

On a shop window, put the code about 120 to 150 cm from the ground so people can scan without bending. Make it at least 8 cm wide.

  • Keep the picture bold

If your logo is simple and bold, it makes a stronger code than a crowded photo. Check how it looks at the final size.

Questions

Facebook QR code questions

How do I make a QR code for my Facebook page?

Copy your page link from Facebook, upload a logo or picture, and choose Facebook. AriaQR creates the code, tests it, and gives you a file ready to print.

Can I add my logo to a Facebook QR code?

Yes. The whole picture becomes the code, so your logo is the design, not a small badge on top. Every code is tested before you download it.

Can I point the code at an event, group or post instead of a page?

Yes. Any Facebook link works. And because the code is dynamic, you can change the destination later, for example from the page to a new event, without reprinting. Scans are counted.

What size should a Facebook QR code be on a poster or window sign?

Use at least 8 cm for a window sign and 10 cm or more for a poster. For flyers and receipts, 3 to 4 cm is comfortable, and small print mode is tested down to about 1.5 cm.
