Trustpilot QR Code

Let customers see your profile.

Trustpilot QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

A Trustpilot QR code opens your company profile on Trustpilot, so a customer holding a parcel or a receipt can reach it with one scan. AriaQR makes it from your logo or a picture, so the insert or the shop sign looks like your brand and not an afterthought. The code is dynamic: you can change the link after printing, scans are counted, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use a Trustpilot QR code

Online shops and parcels

A card or sticker in the box that opens your Trustpilot profile, for customers who want to see what others say or share their own experience.

Retail counters and receipts

A small stand by the till or a code on the receipt, so a customer can find your profile from the shop floor.

Service businesses and agencies

On the invoice, the proposal or the end-of-project handover, next to your contact details.

Trade stands and showrooms

On a banner or a brochure, as a quick way for buyers to check your profile. A QR code for Trustpilot works well there, next to the product.

How it works

How to make a Trustpilot QR code with your logo

  1. 1

    Copy your Trustpilot link

Open your company profile on Trustpilot and copy its web address from the browser bar.

  2. 2

Upload your logo or a picture

Your logo, a product photo or the image from your packaging. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  3. 3

Paste the link, then scan it

The form opens on a website link. Paste your Trustpilot address. Every code is tested before you see it; scan it with your phone and it should open your profile.

  4. 4

    Download and print

Download the full-size file. Choose small print for inserts and stickers down to about 1.5 cm; standard works from 4 cm and up.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Ask everyone the same way

Trustpilot expects businesses to invite all customers fairly, not only the happy ones. Use the same neutral wording on every insert.

  • Never offer a reward

Do not link a discount or a prize to a review. Print a plain line such as “Tell us about your order on Trustpilot”.

  • Size it for the card

On an insert, a code of 2.5 to 3 cm leaves room for a line of text. Print it on matte paper so it does not glare under shop lighting.

Questions

Trustpilot QR code questions

How does a Trustpilot QR code work?

The code opens the web address of your Trustpilot company profile when someone scans it with their phone camera. No app is needed.

Where do I find my Trustpilot link?

Open your company profile on Trustpilot and copy the address from the browser bar. Paste that into the generator.

Can I change the link after printing?

Yes. A Trustpilot code from AriaQR is dynamic, so you can point it at a different page without reprinting the inserts, and scans are counted.

Can I put my logo on a Trustpilot QR code?

Yes, and more than a logo in the middle: AriaQR turns the whole picture into the code. Upload your logo or a photo, paste your profile link, and you get a branded code that is tested before download.

Where can I get a plain Trustpilot QR code for free?

Our free Trustpilot review QR code generator makes a standard black-and-white code at no cost. This page is for a code made from your logo or picture.
