Google Form QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

A Google Form QR code opens your sign-up, RSVP, survey or feedback form in one scan, so nobody types a long web address on a small screen. AriaQR makes it from your logo or a picture, so the code on the poster, the table card or the badge looks designed. The code is dynamic: you can change the link after printing, scans are counted, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use a Google Form QR code

Event sign-ups and RSVPs

On an invitation or a venue poster, so guests confirm attendance, meal choices or a plus-one in a minute.

Conference check-in and questions

On a badge, a stand or the registration desk, for check-in details, session feedback or speaker questions.

Guest and patient feedback

A card at check-out, in a waiting room or on a receipt, asking a few questions while the visit is fresh.

Surveys and applications

In store, at a trade show or on a flyer, for customer surveys, competition entries or volunteer sign-up.

  1. 1

    Copy your form link

In Google Forms, open your form, choose Send and copy the link.

  2. 2

Your logo, a photo of the venue or the artwork from your poster. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Keep the form short

People fill it in standing up on a phone. A handful of questions gets far more answers than a long form.

  • Say what it is for

Print “Scan to RSVP” or “Scan to tell us how we did” beside the code. A QR code for a Google Form works best when the reason is clear.

  • Check it opens for everyone

Open the link on a phone that is not signed in to your organisation. If the form is restricted, guests will be stopped before the first question.

Questions

Google Form QR code questions

How does a Google Form QR code work?

The code opens the link to your Google Form when someone scans it with the phone camera. They fill it in on their phone and submit it as usual.

Where do I find my Google Form link?

Open your form in Google Forms, choose Send, and copy the link. Paste it into the generator.

Can I change the form after printing the code?

Yes. The code is dynamic, so you can point it to a new form without reprinting. A new event gets a new form behind the same printed code, and scans are counted.

Can I put my logo on a Google Form QR code?

Yes, and more than a logo in the middle: AriaQR turns the whole picture into the code. Upload your logo or a photo, paste your form link, and you get a branded form code that is tested before download.

Where can I get a plain Google Form QR code for free?

Our free Google Form QR code generator makes a standard black-and-white code at no cost. This page is for a code made from your logo or picture.
