HTTPS, always
Every page, scan and API call travels over TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Plain HTTP is redirected, and HSTS tells browsers never to try it for two years.
Private, encrypted storage
Your images, codes and account data sit in a private store with no public URLs. Every read goes through our server, and the store is encrypted at rest with AES‑256.
API keys we cannot read
A new key is shown to you once. After that we keep only a salted hash of it, so a stored key can be revoked but never read back.
Private links stay private
Manage and download links carry long random secrets, checked in constant time. Page previews use signed links that stop working after an hour.
No cookies, no profiles
Scans, short-link clicks and landing-page visits set no cookies, and we never store the visitor’s IP address. You see counts, not people.
Location from the network
Scans are placed by the network to a city, region or country. Unique visitors are a one-way hash with a secret that changes every day, so a repeat is recognised for that day only.
Links checked for abuse
Destinations are checked against Google Safe Browsing when a link is made or changed, and short links and free codes again every day. Flagged links stop redirecting; reported ones go behind a warning until we review them.
We never see card data
Payments run through Razorpay and PayPal. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with them and are never seen or stored by us.
Deleted when you say so
Delete a code and its scan history goes with it. Delete your account yourself from the account page. Precise locations a scanner chose to share are deleted after 90 days.
Procurement asking? A data-processing agreement, security questionnaires and purchase orders come with enterprise terms.

How is this different from a QR code with a logo in the middle?+
A logo-in-the-middle code is a standard code with a hole in it, relying on error correction to survive. AriaQR places the image in the free bits of the code itself, so the data is intact, then verifies the result on real decoders. The picture is the code.
What does verification actually cover?+
Independent decoders read the finished artwork under real-world conditions before it is delivered, and you see the verdict first. If it does not come back clean, we tell you before you pay, and it is yours only if you choose it. We do not publish the exact recipe, and we do not need to: the verdict is the proof.
Can we integrate it into our own product?+
Yes. The REST API creates codes from an image URL and a destination, reads analytics and changes destinations. The MCP server exposes the same to AI agents. Both come with the Business plan, and the quarter plan can read codes and stats through them. Enterprise adds a dedicated contact and hands-on help with the integration.
Where is data hosted and what do you store?+
On Vercel, in a private store that needs authentication for every read and is encrypted at rest. We keep the source image while the code exists, the destination, and scan analytics without cookies or IP addresses. Card details never reach our servers. The security section above has the detail, and the privacy page has all of it.
What does Enterprise add, if Business has the API?+
People and paperwork. A dedicated support person who knows your account and replies the same day, volume and pricing set to your numbers, hands-on help wiring the API or MCP into your systems, onboarding for your team, and a negotiated DPA, security questionnaires and purchase orders. Standard data processing terms come with every plan.
Do you offer white-label?+
The codes carry no AriaQR branding today. A white-label dashboard and custom short domains are on the roadmap for enterprise customers; tell us on the form if that decides it for you.
What happens if we cancel?+
Activated codes keep scanning for life. Editing, analytics and new activations pause until you renew. Nothing you printed ever breaks.
