Instagram QR Code

Made from your picture, not pasted on top

An Instagram QR code takes people straight to your profile, so nobody has to search for a handle and guess which account is yours. AriaQR turns your own logo or a photo into the code, so the sticker, poster or counter stand looks like your brand, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes

Where people use an Instagram QR code

Shops and showrooms

A till sign or shelf card that says “Follow our new collection”. Shoppers land on your profile instead of searching for it, and the sign matches your store.

Posters at venues and events

A poster in a gallery, a hotel lobby or a festival entrance, with the code made from the venue’s own photo. Visitors follow before they leave.

Stickers on packaging

Custom Instagram QR code stickers on shipping boxes, thank-you cards and product bags. Customers who like the product find the account in one scan.

Counter stands and desks

A 5 to 8 cm code on an acrylic stand at reception, a salon station or a pop-up table. Agencies use the same stand at client events and open days.

How it works

How to make an Instagram QR code with your logo

  1. 1

Upload your logo or a picture

Your logo, a product shot or a photo that shows what your account is about. PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  2. 2

Choose Instagram and paste your profile link

Copy the link to your profile from the app, or type it, for example instagram.com/yourname.

  3. 3

Check the verdict, then scan it

Every code is tested before you see it. Point your phone camera at the screen: it should offer to open your profile.

  4. 4

    Download and print

Download the full-size file. The standard setting suits 4 cm and up; choose small print for stickers down to about 1.5 cm.

Design tips

Getting the design right

  • Tell people what they get

Print one short line next to the code, such as “Scan to follow”. A reason to scan beats a bare square.

  • Size it for the distance

A sticker or swing tag can be 3 cm. A counter stand reads well at 5 to 8 cm. A wall poster should have a code at least 10 cm across.

  • Print the handle too

Put your @handle in words under the code. If someone cannot scan, they can still find you.

Questions

Instagram QR code questions

How do I make an Instagram QR code for my profile?

Upload a logo or picture, choose Instagram, and paste the link to your profile. AriaQR makes the code, tests it, and gives you a print-ready file.

Can I put my logo on an Instagram QR code?

Yes, and not only in the middle: the whole picture becomes the code. Use your own logo or a photo, so the code looks like your brand and still opens your profile.

Can I change where the code points after I print it?

Yes. The code is dynamic, so you can point it at a new account, a launch post or a campaign page without reprinting. Every scan is counted, so you can see which sticker or poster works.

What size should an Instagram QR code sticker or poster be?

Stickers work from about 3 cm, and small print mode is tested down to about 1.5 cm. Counter stands suit 5 to 8 cm. Posters read best with a code 10 cm or larger.
