Video QR Code
Made from your picture, not pasted on top
A video QR code plays your video when someone scans it, whether it is a product demo, a property tour, a how-to or an event recap. AriaQR makes it from your logo or a picture, so the code on the box, the sign or the brochure looks like your brand. The code is dynamic: you can change the video after printing, scans are counted, and every code is tested on real decoders under real-world conditions before you download it.

Where it goes
Where people use a Video QR code
Product demos on packaging
On the box or the manual, opening a short demo or set-up video for exactly that product.
Property tours
On a For Sale sign or a brochure, so a buyer can walk through the home on their phone before booking a viewing.
How-to and training videos
On equipment, a menu of treatments or a care leaflet, opening the video that shows how.
Event recaps and campaigns
On a thank-you card, a poster or a programme, linking to the highlights film or the campaign video.
How it works
How to make a Video QR code with your logo
- 1
Upload your logo or a picture
Your logo, a product photo or a frame from the video. PNG, JPEG or WebP.
- 2
Choose Video and paste the link
Use a YouTube or Vimeo link, or the address of any page that plays your video.
- 3
Check the verdict, then scan it
Every code is tested before you see it. Scan it with your phone: it should open your video.
- 4
Download and print
Download the full-size file. Choose small print for packaging and stickers down to about 1.5 cm; standard works from 4 cm and up.

Design tips
Getting the design right
Lead with the point
People scan from a shop floor or a street. Start the video with the answer in the first few seconds, not a long intro.
Say what they will see
Print “Scan to watch the 60-second tour”. A QR code for video with a clear promise gets more scans than a bare square.
Check it plays for everyone
A video set to private will not play for people who scan. Test the code on a phone that is not signed in to your account.
Questions
Video QR code questions
How does a video QR code work?
The code opens the link to your video when someone scans it with the phone camera. The video plays in the phone’s browser or the video app.
Which video sites can I use?
YouTube and Vimeo links work, and so does the address of any page that plays your video, including one on your own site.
Can I put my logo on a video QR code?
Yes, and more than a logo in the middle: AriaQR turns the whole picture into the code. Upload your logo or a photo, paste your video link, and you get a branded video code that is tested before download.
Do I upload the video to AriaQR?
No. The code links to a video you already host on YouTube, Vimeo or your own site. Paste the link into the form.
Can I change the video after printing the code?
Yes. The code is dynamic, so you can point it to a new video without reprinting, and scans are counted. A new campaign can reuse the same printed code.
