Is my PDF uploaded?+
No. The PDF is opened and changed inside your browser, and the new file is saved from your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Will the QR code print sharp?+
Yes. Each square is drawn as a vector shape, not an image, so it stays sharp at any size. For phones, keep each square at least about 0.4 mm; the page shows the size as you change it.
Can I add the code to every page?+
Yes. Choose the first page, every page, or a list such as 1, 3-5. The code sits at the same relative place on each page, even when pages differ in size or rotation.
Does it change the rest of my PDF?+
The code is added on top of the chosen pages; text, images, links and form fields stay as they were. A digitally signed PDF will lose its signature, because any change to the file breaks it, so add the code before signing.
Why is there a white square behind the code?+
It is the quiet zone: a clear margin a scanner needs to find the code. Leave it on unless the page behind the code is already plain and light.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?+
Not encrypted ones. Remove the protection in the app that made the PDF, then open it here.
