What is a Google place ID?+
A unique ID Google gives every business and place on Maps, usually starting with ChIJ. Search your business in Google's Place ID Finder and copy the ID it shows.
Can I use my Business Profile review link instead?+
Yes. In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link. Paste it here and the code uses it as it is.
What does the customer see when they scan it?+
The review form for your business, with the stars ready to tap. They need to be signed in to a Google account to post.
Is it OK to offer a reward for reviews?+
Google's policies do not allow incentives for reviews, or asking only happy customers. Ask everyone, and let the code make it easy.
Can I see how many people scanned it?+
