Will the amount always be filled in?+
Cash App fills in the amount when it opens a link that includes one, and the payer can change it. If their app ignores it, they type it themselves, so print the price next to the code.
Is this the same as the Cash App QR code in the app?+
Both lead to your $Cashtag. The in-app code has a fixed look; this one is a standard QR code any phone camera opens, in your colors and as a vector for print.
Does scanning the code take money?+
No. The code only asks for a payment. The payer's app shows who is being paid and how much, and nothing is sent until they confirm it in their own app.
Can I change the $Cashtag later?+
