Every listing link contains a -g number (the location) and a -d number (your listing). The review form lives at tripadvisor.com/UserReviewEdit- followed by those two numbers.

Yes. Tripadvisor encourages businesses to invite all guests. It does not allow rewards for reviews or inviting only happy guests.
Does my country's Tripadvisor site work?+
