Agencies have a different QR problem from everyone else. The code is not yours, the client will judge it on sight, and if it fails in print the phone call is yours. The best QR code generator for an agency is the one that makes the client say yes to the proof and never makes you explain a reprint. Here is a fair look at the options.
What agency work actually needs
Four things. The code must look like the client's brand, not like a barcode the designer lost an argument about. It must scan first time on the actual medium, because you will not be there when it is tested. The destination must be editable, because campaign pages change after the print run is approved. And the numbers must be separable by client and by placement, because the report is part of the deliverable.
Team seats and white-label dashboards are nice, and some agencies need them. They are not the reason a client stays.
The broad platforms
Uniqode, Flowcode, QR TIGER and Scanova are generally known as full platforms with team workspaces, bulk generation, and white-label or agency options on higher tiers. If your studio manages dozens of clients and needs seats and permissions inside one tool, they are the direct fit. Their codes are styled grids with a logo in the center, which most clients accept and few love. Check each site for current features and pricing; our individual comparisons cover Uniqode, Flowcode, QR TIGER and Scanova.
The design tools
Canva and Adobe Express produce a styled code inside the layout, quickly, and static. For a screen-only deliverable that is fine. For anything printed, a static code is a promise that the campaign link will never change, which is not a promise an agency can make on a client's behalf. See Canva and Adobe Express.
Where AriaQR fits an agency
AriaQR makes the client's artwork the code. The product shot, the campaign key visual, the logo or the portrait becomes the code itself, or the code is placed inside a larger poster with the rest untouched. That is the version a creative director approves without a fight.
Every code is verified on real decoders under real-world conditions before download, and the verdict is visible before anyone pays, which is a line you can put in the deck. Destinations are editable, so the campaign page can move after the proof is signed. Placements separate every client and every medium in the analytics, with CSV export for the report and alerts if a destination breaks. The quarter plan covers a studio's monthly volume and includes a REST API and an MCP server for anyone automating production. Codes carry no AriaQR branding, reselling is allowed, and a code can be handed to the client's own account when the engagement ends.
Teams are shared workspaces: one per client or one for the studio, invite colleagues by email, and everyone sees every code made there. Bulk upload turns a whole campaign's artwork into verified codes in one pass. What AriaQR does not offer today is a white-label dashboard; the codes carry no branding, and reports come from the CSV or the API.

A workflow that avoids reprints
Make the code in AriaQR from the approved key visual. Send the client the verified code, not a mock-up. Place it in the layout without stretching, with the margin the size calculator gives you. When the printer sends a proof, photograph it and run it through the free QR code tester. Tag the placement, ship, and pull the CSV for the report.
The honest recommendation
If your studio needs seats and white-label above all, pick a broad platform and test every code before it goes to print. If the work is judged on how it looks and whether it scans, make the codes with AriaQR and keep the client's brand intact. Generating is free; you pay only to download a verified code.
