Where to put it
- Meeting room screens and printed agendas for hybrid meetings.
- Older Teams links are long. Print the code a little bigger, at least 3 cm (1.2 in), so it scans.
- Channel meetings and recurring meetings keep one link, so the code keeps working for the series.

Teams 會議連結在哪裡找？+
在邀請裡按右鍵點擊「立即加入會議」（手機上長按）並複製連結。你也可以貼上整段邀請，連結會被自動挑出。
為什麼我的 Teams QR Code 這麼密？+
較舊的 Teams 連結帶有一長串會議詳情，常常有 300 個字元以上。請把 QR Code 至少印到 3 公分（1.2 英寸）寬，或者使用短連結。
什麼是安全連結（Safe Links）？+
許多公司的 Outlook 會把連結改寫成經由 safelinks.protection.outlook.com。產生器會從這層包裝裡取出真正的 Teams 連結，這樣 QR Code 更短，也能直接開啟。
訪客需要 Teams 帳號嗎？+
通常不需要。訪客可以從 App 或瀏覽器加入，取決於你所在組織的設定，可能還要在大廳等待。
可以只用會議 ID 嗎？+
QR Code 裡不行。會議 ID 與密碼是用來在 Teams 裡手動輸入的，所以請改為貼上會議連結。
