Basketball QR code generator

Each module is an orange basketball with black seam lines, framed by a black border dotted around the edge. The round finder squares echo the balls, and a pale peach panel keeps the orange warm. It is an easy way to show a team or tournament in a code.

Works well for

  • Club tournament tickets and programmes
  • High school team schedules and merchandise
  • Sports camp sign-up flyers
  • Gym, court and rec centre notice boards

Printing tip

Use a solid dark orange rather than a light one, print at least 2.5 cm (1 in) wide, and keep the black frame away from the inner light border.

Static or dynamic: a static code never expires but its link can't change. Pick Dynamic above (free with an account) to change the link after printing and count every scan.

Questions

Will a QR code made of basketballs scan?+

Yes. The balls are dark orange on a light panel, with the highest error correction level. The design is tested with real QR code readers before publishing.

Can a team use it on tickets and posters?+

Yes. Link it to a fixture list, ticket page or sign-up form. It is free for personal and commercial use, with no watermark and no sign-up.

Is it based on any league logo?+

No. It is our own drawing of a generic basketball and has no connection to any league, team or brand.
