Scan business cards into a form

Short answer
Turn on “Let visitors scan a business card” in a Form block. Visitors photograph a card and the form fills itself in on their phone: nothing is uploaded or kept. For events, “My team scans other people’s cards” makes it a staff tool.
For visitors
- 1Select the Form block and turn on Let visitors scan a business card.
- 2Visitors tap Scan my business card, point the camera and the fields fill in.
- 3Anything that fits no field goes into a Notes field.
For your team at events
Turn on My team scans other people’s cards. The button becomes Scan a business card, and Next card starts a fresh form after each send, ready for the next person in the queue.
Tip · The card is read on the phone itself, so it works fast and nothing leaves the device until the form is sent.
