Connect your own domain

1 min read·Updated October 27, 2026

Short answer

On Business, open Settings → Your domain → “Connect one you own”, type a subdomain like go.yourbrand.com and add the one CNAME record we show to your DNS. We check it every 15 seconds; most go live within 5 to 30 minutes.

Your DNS provider
go.harborpine.com
We check it
Live on your domain
go.harborpine.com/menu
Add one record; we check it and switch it on.

Connect it

  1. 1Open Settings and scroll to Your domain.
  2. 2Choose Connect one you own and type a subdomain like go.harborpine.com, then click Connect.
  3. 3At your DNS provider, add a CNAME record. Name: the part before your domain (go). Value: the one shown, usually cname.vercel-dns.com.
  4. 4Back on the page, each record shows “found” as soon as it’s visible. Click Check now any time.
Settings → Your domain.
DNS
Type Name Value
CNAME go cname.vercel-dns.com
The record to add at your DNS provider (example).

Tip · We detect your DNS provider and open a step-by-step guide for GoDaddy, Cloudflare (set the proxy to “DNS only”), Namecheap, Squarespace, Hostinger, BigRock and others.

Rules

  • Use a subdomain such as go., scan. or qr. A bare domain or www. isn’t accepted.
  • Sometimes a second TXT record is asked for, when the name was used on another service before.
  • Business includes one domain.

Once it’s live

When you make a code, choose your domain under Link uses and add an optional short name, like go.harborpine.com/spa. Landing pages open at go.harborpine.com/your-page too. Codes already printed keep their aqr.li address.

Good to know · If the record is removed, we email you after two days. Removing the domain stops printed codes that use it.
