The AriaQR Enterprise guide · for brands and agencies
Your brand’s QR codes. On your own domain.
How Enterprise works, step by step: artistic codes made from your packaging, logos and campaigns, verified to scan, and running on a short domain registered to your company, with an exit you always control.

Example brand · a real code you can scan
The guide in 50 seconds

Why your codes should carry your domain.
The first question every brand asks: “What happens to the codes on our packs if a QR company goes away?” Packaging stays on shelves for years, so with Enterprise nothing printed depends on us. Your codes carry your own domain, the files are yours, and you can leave with everything at any time.
Your domain
Registered to your company, not to us.
Your files
Print masters you keep, with no licence on the printed code.
Your exit
Export every redirect and point your domain anywhere.
What the shopper sees
Why short links
The link inside the code must be short.
A QR code doesn’t point to a link, it contains it. Every character is stored in the dots, so a longer link means a bigger grid of smaller dots. Both codes below are real, made from the same picture, and both scan. Only the length of the link is different.

18 characters
https://ariaqr.com
41×41 grid · 481 dots

130 characters
https://ariaqr.com/enterprise?utm_source=packaging&utm_medium=qr_code&…
61×61 grid · 1,663 dots
Four reasons it matters
The art stays the hero
Fewer dots sit on the picture. In the example above, the long link needs over three times as many dots (1,663 against 481), and they cover the product.
It scans faster, from further away
At the same print size, a short link’s dots are about 50% bigger (a 41×41 grid instead of 61×61). On a 2 cm code on a pack, that is the difference between an instant scan and a phone that hunts.
People trust what they recognise
Phones show the link before opening it. go.lumenskin.co looks like you. A long string of tracking tags looks like the phishing links people are warned about.
You can change it later
A short link redirects to the real page. The product page, tracking tags and campaign can all change after printing; the code on the pack never has to.
And above about 160 characters we won’t make an art code at all: it couldn’t stay both clean and reliable.
The rule
| Whole link | About 30 characters or less | https://go.lumenskin.co/serum is 29 |
|---|---|---|
| Domain | 12 characters is ideal, 18 at most | go.lumenskin.co, lumn.co |
| Path | A short name, 3 to 8 characters | /serum, /vc30, /spring |
| Tracking tags | Never inside the code | Put ?utm_… in the redirect instead |
| Characters | Letters, numbers and hyphens | No accents or special characters |
- https://lumn.co/vc3020 characters
- https://go.lumenskin.co/serum29 characters
- https://www.lumenskincare.com/collections/summer/products/vitamin-c-serum-30ml?utm_source=packaging99 characters
Three ways to get a short link
Buy one inside AriaQR
Type your brand name, pick a short domain, done in a minute. It’s registered to your company and the redirects run for you.
Use a subdomain of your website
go.yourbrand.com or scan.yourbrand.com. Your IT adds one DNS record and it works like a domain of its own.
Connect a short domain you already own
Point it at AriaQR with one DNS record. We check it live and tell you when it’s ready.
Using static codes?
Setup
Get your short domain.
It takes about a minute, and nobody touches DNS or servers.
- 1
Type your brand name
We suggest short domains that keep the artwork clean, with the price next to each.
- 2
Pick one
Each suggestion is checked against the length rule. Too long? We tell you why.
- 3
Confirm your company details
Filled in from your invoice details. The domain is registered in your company’s legal name.
- 4
It’s live
HTTPS is set up and the domain is attached. New codes use it from then on, and it renews automatically.

Your choice
Choose static or dynamic codes.
You choose per code, depending on how long it will be printed and how much it should depend on anyone.
Dynamic
For campaigns, menus, events and anything that changes.
- Change the destination after printing
- Full analytics: map, devices, placements
- Landing pages and lead forms
- Runs on your own domain
Static
For packaging that stays on shelves for years.
- Your website’s link sits inside the code
- A scan goes straight to your site
- Nothing in between, no subscription behind it
- Track visits in your own analytics
A simple rule
Your team
Set up workspaces and your team.
One workspace per brand, client or department, each with its own domain, codes, landing pages and analytics.
- 1
Create a workspace
One for each brand or client. Agencies run every client from one account.
- 2
Attach its domain
Each workspace uses its own short domain, so brands never mix.
- 3
Add your brand kit
Logo and colours become the defaults for codes and landing pages.
- 4
Invite the team
Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer or Billing. Only admins can change a live code’s destination, and the audit log records every change.

Creating codes
Make your codes.
Three ways in, the same result: verified, print-ready masters.
- 1
One at a time
Drop the artwork, type the short name (go.lumenskin.co/serum), choose static or dynamic, download.
- 2
Forty SKUs at once
Upload a spreadsheet and the images. Get back a zip of PNG, SVG and PDF masters, one per product.
- 3
From your own systems
Create codes from your PIM or DAM with the REST API, or from AI assistants with MCP.

Security and data protection
Safe to put your brand on.
What we do with your files, your keys and your customers’ scans, in plain words. Each point matches our privacy policy, where the full detail lives.Realityrift Innovations Private Limited is certified to ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT service management) and ISO 9001 (quality management). Valid until 22 June 2029 and 10 November 2027.
HTTPS, always
Every page, scan and API call travels over TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Plain HTTP is redirected, and HSTS tells browsers never to try it for two years.
Private, encrypted storage
Your images, codes and account data sit in a private store with no public URLs. Every read goes through our server, and the store is encrypted at rest with AES‑256.
API keys we cannot read
A new key is shown to you once. After that we keep only a salted hash of it, so a stored key can be revoked but never read back.
Private links stay private
Manage and download links carry long random secrets, checked in constant time. Page previews use signed links that stop working after an hour.
No cookies, no profiles
Scans, short-link clicks and landing-page visits set no cookies, and we never store the visitor’s IP address. You see counts, not people.
Location from the network
Scans are placed by the network to a city, region or country. Unique visitors are a one-way hash with a secret that changes every day, so a repeat is recognised for that day only.
Links checked for abuse
Destinations are checked against Google Safe Browsing when a link is made or changed, and short links and free codes again every day. Flagged links stop redirecting; reported ones go behind a warning until we review them.
We never see card data
Payments run through Razorpay and PayPal. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with them and are never seen or stored by us.
Deleted when you say so
Delete a code and its scan history goes with it. Delete your account yourself from the account page. Precise locations a scanner chose to share are deleted after 90 days.
Procurement asking? A data-processing agreement, security questionnaires and purchase orders come with enterprise terms.

Self-hosted deployment and source-code escrow on Custom plansSmaller team? See all plans
Do our printed codes depend on AriaQR’s servers?+
Not if you don’t want them to. Codes can carry your own domain, registered to your company, so our domain never appears on your packaging. For long-life packs you can also choose static codes: the link sits inside the code and a scan goes straight to your website, with nothing in between.
What happens to our codes if we leave, or if AriaQR closes?+
Your domain is yours. Export every redirect as a file, load it on your own server or CDN, and point the domain there. Every printed code keeps working. Source-code escrow and a self-hosted deployment are available on Custom plans.
Who owns the domain we buy through AriaQR?+
Your company. It is registered in your legal name with your details, renews automatically with reminders, and can be transferred to your own registrar at any time.
Why must the link be short?+
A QR code contains its link, so every character adds dots. Keep it to about 30 characters (like go.brand.co/serum): the art stays clean, the code scans faster from further away, people recognise your domain, and the real page can change behind it. Keep tracking tags in the redirect, not in the code.
Static or dynamic: which should we use?+
Dynamic codes can change destination after printing and come with full analytics. Static codes hold the link itself and never depend on anyone, which suits packaging that stays on shelves for years. You choose per code.
Can agencies resell AriaQR to their clients?+
Yes. Codes are unbranded, each client gets their own workspace and domain, and you bill your clients at your own price.
How do you check codes before they ship?+
Every code is verified to scan before download, at print sizes and under real conditions. A code that does not pass is not delivered.
How is Enterprise billed?+
Yearly, by invoice, with purchase orders and your tax details. Plans start at $500 a month, billed yearly. Scans are always unlimited.
