What hosting you need
- Public https links that anyone can open without signing in. Google Drive and OneDrive share links show a web page, not the file, so they do not work.
- Android: one self-contained .glb (glTF 2.0, textures inside). Keep it small, ideally under 10 MB, so it loads on mobile data.
- iPhone and iPad: a .usdz file, opened in Safari. The server should send it as
model/vnd.usdz+zip. - For this page’s preview, the host must allow cross-site loading (CORS). GitHub raw links do; many website hosts can be set to.

The 3D QR code sculpture generator exports a GLB: host it and put it here, and people can place your scannable sculpture on their desk in AR. One code for both platforms needs a web page that picks the right viewer for each phone, such as Google’s open-source model-viewer.
Where to put it
- Product packaging and catalogs: see the item at full size in the room before buying.
- Museum and gallery labels, trade show booths and posters.
- Print "Android" and "iPhone" under each code, so people scan the right one.

モデルをARで見るのに、アプリは必要ですか？+
ほとんどのスマートフォンでは不要です。AndroidはGoogle Scene Viewerを開きます。これは、対応機種ではAR用Google Play開発者サービスに含まれています。iPhoneとiPadは、SafariからAR Quick Lookを開きます。ARに対応していないスマートフォンでは、代わりに3Dでモデルが表示されます。
コードが2つあるのはなぜですか？+
AndroidとiPhoneは、使うビューアーとファイル形式が異なります。Scene Viewerは.glbを、AR Quick Lookは.usdzを読み込みます。1つのコードで両方に対応するには、Googleのオープンソースのmodel-viewerで作るような、スマートフォンを判別するウェブページが必要です。
モデルはどこに置けばいいですか？+
ファイルそのものを、公開のhttpsリンクで配信できる場所ならどこでも構いません。ご自身のウェブサイト、ストレージバケット、GitHubなどです。Google DriveやOneDriveの共有リンクは、ファイルではなくウェブページを開くため、ARビューアーは読み込めません。
モデルの大きさはどのくらいまで大丈夫ですか？+
約10 MB以下、数十万ポリゴン以下に収めてください。スキャンのたびにファイル全体がダウンロードされ、モバイルデータ通信のことも多いためです。
モデルはAriaQRにアップロードされますか？+
いいえ。コードにはリンクだけが入っています。プレビューは、あなたのホスティング先から、このブラウザのタブに直接モデルを読み込みます。端末から選んだファイルは、ローカルでのみ読み込まれます。
あとからモデルを差し替えられますか？+
はい。同じアドレスのファイルを置き換えれば可能です。コードに入っているのはモデルではなくリンクだからです。リンクそのものを変えたり、スキャン数を数えたりするには、動的コードを使ってください。
