- Sign-in sheets at events and classes: people check in with their own phone.
- Feedback cards on tables and receipts. Keep the form short; three questions get far more answers than ten.
- A pre-filled link (from Get pre-filled link in the form menu) keeps its answers, so one code per location or table can tag every response.

常见问题
应该用哪个链接？+
“发送”里链接选项卡的那个。勾选“缩短网址”会得到 forms.gle 链接，二维码最小。编辑者链接会被换成填写者链接，这样就没人会被要求编辑权限。
二维码可以预填一些答案吗？+
可以。在表单菜单里选择“获取预填链接”，填好答案，再粘贴那个链接。每张桌子或每个地点用一个二维码，就能看出答案来自哪里。
人们需要 Google 账号吗？+
只有当表单收集经过验证的邮箱、限制每人只能回复一次，或者限定在你的组织内使用时才需要。
可以停止收集回复吗？+
可以。在表单里关闭“接受回复”，扫码的人会看到已关闭的提示。重新打开后，同一个二维码又能用了。
以后可以更改链接或统计扫码次数吗？+
