Make the file public first
In Drive, choose Share, set General access to Anyone with the link, then Copy link. If access is Restricted, people who scan will be asked to sign in and request access.
Where to put it
- Class handouts, forms and worksheets in a shared folder: one code on the wall.
- Event photos: point the code at a folder and add pictures to it as they come in.
- Downloads start straight away, so use them for single files like a PDF or an audio file.

文件被共享为“受限”。在云端硬盘里选择“共享”，把“常规访问权限”改成“知道链接的任何人”，同一个二维码马上就能用。
直接下载是做什么的？+
扫码后不会打开云端硬盘预览，而是立刻下载文件。特别大的文件会先显示谷歌的警告页面。
Google 文档可以下载成 PDF 吗？+
可以。对文档、表格或幻灯片链接选择“下载”，二维码就会下载当前版本的 PDF。
怎样以别人的身份来测试？+
用一部没有登录你的 Google 账号的手机扫码，或者在无痕浏览窗口里打开链接。
以后可以更改链接或统计扫码次数吗？+
