What GS1 Digital Link is
A GS1 standard for writing product identifiers as a web address. The GTIN, and optionally the batch, serial number and dates, sit in the path and query of a normal https link. A phone camera opens it like any link, and a GS1-aware scanner at the till reads the same GTIN it would get from the EAN or UPC barcode.
The resolver decides where a scan goes. id.gs1.org sends it to the links the brand owner has registered with GS1. On your own domain, you run that redirect yourself.
The 2027 “sunrise”
GS1 has set a goal, known as Sunrise 2027, for retail point-of-sale scanners to read 2D barcodes such as a QR code carrying GS1 Digital Link, alongside EAN and UPC. It is a readiness target, not a date when linear barcodes stop working, and many products will carry both for years.
Timelines and rules vary by country and retailer, so check your GS1 member organization’s current guidance and your retailers’ requirements before you change packaging. The GTIN must be one licensed to your brand.

什麼是 GS1 Digital Link？+

什麼是 Sunrise 2027？+
GS1 提出的目標：讓零售結帳掃描器除了 EAN 與 UPC 之外，也能讀取 2D 條碼，例如帶 GS1 Digital Link 的 QR Code。這是一個準備就緒的目標，並不是一維條碼停用的日期。請查看你所在國家 GS1 會員組織的最新指引，以及你的零售商的要求。
應該用 id.gs1.org 還是我自己的網域？+
id.gs1.org 是 GS1 的全球解析服務，會把掃描導向品牌擁有者在 GS1 註冊的連結。用你自己的網域可以完全掌控掃描去向，但你的伺服器必須回應 GS1 Digital Link 路徑，例如 /01/ 後面接著 GTIN。
為什麼我的 GTIN 被補成了 14 位？+
GS1 Digital Link 在 /01/ 後面始終使用 14 位形式。GTIN-8、-12 或 -13 會在前面補零，這不會改變號碼本身，所以 614141000036 變成 00614141000036。
有了這個 QR Code，就可以不要 EAN 或 UPC 條碼了嗎？+
對大多數零售商來說還不行。過渡期間，包裝上通常兩者都印。在移除一維條碼之前，請先諮詢你的零售商與所在國家的 GS1 會員組織。
