How the size is worked out
Scanning distance divided by ten, scaled by the number of modules (a 25-module code is the baseline). The sizes are for the pattern only; add a clear margin of four modules on every side. The size calculator lets you set any distance.
Why links grow
Campaign tags, share IDs and long product paths add characters, and every few characters can push the code up a version, four more modules a side. Remove tracking you do not need with the URL cleaner, or keep it on the destination behind a short link.

在常用的錯誤修正等級下，QR Code 最多可容納 2,331 位元組，也就是大約 2,300 個一般字元。但在到達上限很久之前，QR Code 就已經密得需要印得很大，掃描也會變慢。
為什麼連結越長，QR Code 越大？+
字元越多，需要的模組（圖案中的小方塊）就越多。在相同的列印尺寸下，模組越多，方塊就越小，相機需要靠得更近才能讀取。
什麼是 QR Code 版本？+
網格的大小，從版本 1（21 × 21 個模組）到版本 40（177 × 177 個模組）。每升一個版本，每邊增加四個模組。
短網址放進 QR Code 有多短？+
aqr.li 連結只有 13 個字元，可以放進最小的 QR Code：版本 1，21 × 21 個模組。
最小列印尺寸是怎麼算出來的？+
掃描距離除以十，再依模組數量放大，與 QR Code 尺寸計算機的規則相同。每邊再留出四個模組寬的空白邊界。
