Before you print a batch
Module size. Aim for 1.5 mm or more per module with a 0.4 mm nozzle; 1 mm is the floor. More text means more modules, so a long link needs a bigger part.
Contrast. Dark code on a light base, both matte. Black on white PLA scans best; silk, glossy and see-through filaments reflect light and scan poorly.
Height. Keep the raised code or the recess at least 3 layers (0.6 mm at 0.2 mm layers) so the edges come out square.
Test first. Print one at 100% scale, in the filaments you will use, and scan it with a phone in normal room light before printing more.
A printed code cannot be edited, so point it at a free dynamic link you can change later. Want the code to be your artwork? Make a picture code.

常見問題
3D 列印的 QR Code 需要多大？+
取決於 QR Code 承載多少內容。使用 0.4 毫米噴嘴時，每個模組爭取 1.5 毫米以上；1 毫米是實際可行的下限。短連結橫向是 25 個模組，加上 4 個模組的邊界，1.5 毫米的模組就需要約 50 毫米。頁面會為你算出模組尺寸，並告訴你能列印好的最小零件。
怎麼列印成雙色？+
開啟 3MF：它把底座與 QR Code 作為同一個模型的兩個部件，你可以分別指定不同的線材。壓縮檔裡同樣的兩個部件是獨立的 STL 檔案。如果只有一個噴嘴，選擇凸起的 QR Code，並在 QR Code 開始的高度換料；頁面會顯示這個高度。
凸起與嵌入應該選哪個？+
凸起最簡單：QR Code 位於底座上方，用一個噴嘴加一次換料就能列印。嵌入則是把 QR Code 嵌進凹槽裡，表面平整光滑。它需要多材料印表機，或者單獨列印帶凹槽的底座，再用顏料填滿凹槽。
列印出來的 QR Code 能掃描嗎？+
深色霧面的 QR Code 配淺色霧面的底座掃得最好，白底黑碼最保險。頁面會根據實際網格繪製俯視圖，並用 QR Code 解碼器讀取，但塑膠、層紋與光線才是真正的考驗：先依實際尺寸列印一個，用手機掃一下。
